The Fresh Blood Project is a weeks-long collaboration between composers and percussionists. It culminates in a final concert on October 31st at 8:00pm, at Knox United Church. 9 composers will have their music performed by 5 local percussionists.

The program will be entirely percussion music. Local composers will be featured, including several current students and recent graduates of the University of Manitoba. The music will be diverse, ranging from solo marimba, to quartets, and percussion with electronics.
The exact program will be announced closer to the event date.
The program include the music of Ross Bugden, Nolan Hildebrand, Qianqian Jin, Chris Love, Kiara Nathaniel, Kristen Wachniak, Alex Milevic, Neil Weisensel, and Tristan Zaba.
The Music will be played by Caroline Bucher, Logan Cashin, Cameron Denby, Wyatt King, Lisa Rumpel, Isaac Tate, and Aaron Witzke.
